Today my young adult kids and I were pleasantly greeted by Johnnie and she was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me to make the right decision with my storage units Both my husband and I have been tenants of the Big Red Barn for several years and always have been happy with the service we get from other staff but this week Johnnie made the effort to get to know me and my family a little more . Her kindness towards us made us feel welcome and that we did not feel uncomfortable being on the property to store our home goods…“

Johnnie was a beyond phenomenal agent at the property in Killeen Texas. I came to the location actually two times. The first time to get information and I met Ms. Johnnie. Very polite and welcoming told me everything and very patient with me being disabled which I loved. I came back the next day and found a cheaper unit at another business. Even though I already made up my mind Ms. Johnnie still drove me on the golf cart to my unit for me to view it. Phenomenal place to me, Ms. Johnnie made me convinced definitely, and I for one, can be very picky.“
